Emylie got a good 6 inches cut off her hair before I left on my trip. But then she asked me this week to cut it all the way off. Then, of course, Claire had to get hers done too.

The real reason Emylie wanted her hair shortened is there is a girl at school that she used to play with years ago when Emylie had short hair like that, and the friend doesn't recognize her. She also wanted the shock value of her classmates' response.
